Our Return of Goods Policy

If you decide not to keep the goods that you order from CW Motorcycles you have seven working days from the date of delivery in which to notify us in writing (post, fax, or email) that you wish to return the goods to us and a full refund will be given as long as the goods are returned to us within fourteen days of such notification. The goods must be unused, unmarked and undamaged, in original manufacturer’s packaging and in re-sellable condition. Return postage will be at your expense.

Please make sure in the case of clothing and other rider wear that the size you order is correct for you. We cannot accept such items back once they have been worn. Where appropriate full sizing instructions are given for each item.

All our products are guaranteed against defect for 12 months from the date of delivery.
